Studio B has a rich history in the documentary tradition. David Collier and the Studio B team have worked on a wide variety of documentaries, ranging in style from traditional PBS and BBC documentaries to high-energy MTV shows.  What we love about the long-form documentary is the opportunity to sink our teeth into a subject and explore it fully.  In 1994, David produced a feature documentary called For Better of for Worse – a portrait of five feisty couples together for 50 years or longer.  Over the years, we have shot and produced documentaries for PBS, BBC, Discover Channel, HBO and Canadian television.  There is nothing more satisfying than producing a documentary with compelling characters and good story about a subject with depth and complexity.
